Smart Waker provided alarm or waker service to users around the world. Our Privacy Policy is talk about what information we collect, how we use the information and what information we share. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our apps, services, and features.
Information We Collect
We receive the following information when you install our app and using our service.
- Located Country, we require the read phone state permission to read your Mobile Country Code (MCC), MCC help us to automatically set up your default country.
- Log information, we will write to file about how you interact with our service, how the application process and crash information. This log file will remain on your phone and will be sent to us if you want to file a report to us about your issue. File report is in the setting menu. The application will automatically generate email report and attach the log to it. You have a control to remove log attachment.
- Barcode or QRCode, The Barcode or QRcode that you scanned will remain on your phone without being sent to any server. You have a control for delete it.
- Screenshots, You able to provide us screenshots to report your issue.
- Alarm, All the alarm information that you set up will be collected, except label information.
- Holiday, holiday that you added will be collected.
- Email, you need provide your email address to us if you want to report your issue.
- Third-Party Providers, third-Party for help us to report a crash and analytic, such as Firebase. This third party will provide some information about you such as your device information. This information will send to third-party providers server.
How We Use Information
We use all this information to help us to operate, provide and investigate your reported issue.
- Located Country, The default country is used for retrieved the holiday in that country and also for analytic. You able change the default country from the setting.
- Log information, We will read this log information to investigate your issue. Log information will help us a lot to find a bug.
- Barcode or QRCode. We are using this to operate our feature.
- Alarm information will be collected using analytic, we use this information to improve our app
- Holiday information from will be collected using analytic, we use this information to improve our app
- Screenshots, We will use this information to investigate your reported issue.
- Device Information, We will use this information to investigate your reported issue.
- Email, We will use the email you provided to communicate back to you about the issue that you reported.
- Third-Party Providers, We will use information from them to investigate the issue and improve our service.
